Why Black Knight

The name Black Knight comes from this famous joke in roman slang. A man tells this story:
The Black Knight and the White Knight make a duel and the Black Knight kills the White Knight. Now the White Knight had 3 sons, they challenge the Black Knight to a duel and the Black Knight kills all of them. Now they had 3 sons each and the 9 White Knights challenge the Black Knight to a duel but the Black Knight kills of all them. Now they had 3 sons each and the 27 White Knights challenge the Black Knight to a duel but the Black Knight kills all of them.
Please stop the story, what do you mean, what is the moral?
The moral is: "Don't piss off the Black Knight"!!!!!!!!!

December

Running update - I haven't been running for almost 2 weeks now due to the flu aggravated by catarrhal otitis and sinusitis. As written in my last post, fortunately, it is not Covid.

Tomorrow morning I will get the last laboratory tests and if everything goes well, as my running doctor thinks,  I will start my workouts again. At the end of the month, based on the progress made, I will decide which races to participate in.

December lights - This week the city is shining with holiday lights:

The cat, on the other hand, is not interested in Christmas lights and prefers to hide in the closet:

MemoriesHere I am (second from left) 44 years ago at the Leghorn Naval Academy, it was December 1977, I'm the second from left:

Are you ready for the Holidays?

Could you do a little strength training in those two weeks or were you too unwell for that?

The covid here is a nightmare, when we don't feel good for same reason, even if we are vaccinated, we run to get the swab to be sure.
